Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Blackbaud leadership understands that they can pay less than other tech companies because they are in Charleston, where jobs are harder to come by. They also hire multiple entry level sales people, knowing that the majority will not make it.

They are based in Charleston SC and I feel like the company pays everyone based off this. Most tech companies provide higher base and commissions

Stop creating processes that cause internal conflict

Focus on delivering a better product and actually be able to deliver services on time. Also, Blackbaud is rapidly losing people because they underpay or assign quotas that are not attainable.

Fix services and support. Move Raiser's Edge to the cloud completely, focus on actual integration with your own products and value your employees more.
