More pay, and better scheduling. Less shifts where we are understaffed.
The pay is lower than all the competitors and demands more work. New manager is great but owners don't understand how to run a business like this. The owners micromanage constantly on the cameras as if we're cheese criminals.
The position I have requireds me to multitask and make sure I don't miss even the smallest mistake (mostly other peoples). I work infront of an oven most of the day which is pretty exhausting and combined with my other responsibilities gets a little overwhelming and makes it easier to burn yourself
benefits and money means nothing if your work environment is crooked
I would like to make enough to pay my bills, or even have extra money to save up. It would be nice to have dental and healthcare benefits too. A pension would be desirable as well

I was hired as a full time employee and just because I had to miss a couple days of work my manager cut me down to 9 hours this week. I'm supposed to be moving in two months and if I don't have the money I'm living on the streets. It would make me feel better if I was given the hours I was promised.
If I got paid for all the work I do.
I do the work of 3 employees every night and barely make above minimum wage.
