The communication and friendship within eachother
Very nice management and company
I have no problem with the store manager infact it'd be hard to have a rational reason to dislike them. BUT upper management can be have a severe lack of understanding, they will pull people away from their job causing the store to get backed up on orders, sometimes this isn't an issue.
They can be helpful .
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is reasonable for my position

What are some of the best things about your team?
they are helpful to custmers
Everyone is always friendly and its almost never a toxic environment. That said however where I work there is one coworker that somehow brings out the worst in everyone and never does a complete job, that and they dont to it with regard to time, and they dont seem to be reprimanded for this either.
We are all friendly with eachother for the most part
Open to feedback, take in what you say and willing to try new things.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My boss takes the smallest lesson and turns it into something that I know I will keep forever and use outside of work. My company hires mentors.

The work is alright and coworkers are great
Everyone is relatively free to be themselves, and so theres a big difference in personalitys. There's almost never a time were we aren't getting along.
Helping wachother out when we need it
The goal is to everyday make the team member experience poaitive

I got to talk to several different people. Didnt ask all pattern interview questions. Listened tonwhat insaid and we had good interactions.
It went deep to ensure only the right talent comes on board.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am tired at work. I am most happy when I leave because I have time to think about the fact that I worked really hard and I accomplished something to be proud of. I get to be proud of being really good at something that is really hard.
