What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package I've received is competitive within the gaming industry. Leadership is constantly requesting feedback from employees to make changes that matter to everyone.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. There are some fantastic folks here who come in each day excited to work on some incredible games and continue making our customers proud of what we do here.

My team is incredibly hard working and truly believe in the work they are doing with Blizzard. We work and live by the core values and have fun while making an impact!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
While I am new to the Blizzard team, I continue to be impressed with the way the company remains true to its values, even as they grow. The leadership team brings on and empowers passionate, engaged talent to continue on this path.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Before starting here I was skeptical about all the good reviews I had been reading. They're true. Everyone I have had the pleasure to work with have been incredibly sharp, passionate, and eager to assist in any way that they can. Everyone is super down to earth and happy to be working with Blizzard.
