My team is full of top performers. We crush anything and everything in our path, all while keeping each other's six covered. I love my teammates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company's culture is very positive and family-oriented. There is shared passion of "geeking out". Everyone has their "thing" they love. The environment here pushes you to engage that and embrace your nerdiness.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Blizzard isn't an organization that people work at because they care tremendously about pay and/or other forms of compensation. We work here because we have a shared passion for gaming and our players. That said - the profit sharing is a remarkable incentive.
