What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees truly embrace Blizzard's core values. It actually comes up in meetings, every day conversation, conflict management, acknowledgement of colleagues, and more. It's awesome.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with some of the most talented people and to top it off, we hire for heart and humility. Folks with big ego's don't last long on the team I work on. Relationships are highly valued and I LOVE that.
