What is the best part about your compensation package?

No matter what level of the company, you qualify for a profit sharing bonus. Additionally, the perks you receive are amazing. Healthcare benefits are equally great and affordable.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The core values and mission state drive every decision. You can ask any employee what their favorite core value is, and they'll tell you what resonates with them closest (Play Nice; Play Fair is mine!).

What makes you most happy at work?

The people make work enjoyable. Blizzard provides a LOT of nice things, but coming to work every day feels like hanging out with friends to make something amazing that fans will love and share with their friends too. They're my second family.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I work on a tightly-knit team of 8 which works across the Irvine, CA and Austin, TX offices. Even though we're far away, we regularly share things that we geek out about and play games together to stay connected. We're efficient at work *and* play.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

On my first day at Blizzard (after a BlizzCon), Mike came in for an executive meet and greet. All new hires meet an executive on their first day. He was so down to earth and human, it really drove home that working for Blizzard is like family. You can see/say hi to anyone around campus, any time.
