Similar positions in other companies pay significantly more.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They seem to mean well and own up to their mistakes.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team has a good sense of humor. It's important that they aren't jerks and aren't touchy-feeling hypersensitive.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Most of the people who work here are gamers and they are passionate about their hobbies and jobs, whatever those might be.

What makes you most happy at work?

Banter and productivity. It's good to feel like you're getting work done, and it's good to feel comfortable enough to joke around with your coworkers and make them smile.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The jobs I applied for and actually got involved a practical test, so I could prove my competency instead of trying to verbally convince people I knew what I was doing.
