We're all gamers of various levels and intensities. By embracing this one core trait we can start conversations and easily expand to every other aspect of friendship.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance coverage is top notch which just goes to show our HR team is looking to keep us healthy so that we can give all our strength working for the man.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership is always listening to our feedback about business processes and are always willing to make adjustments if someone comes up with testable and proven methods of enhancing both our workflows and our culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
Almost always having something on my plate to do. If there is any time where a project does not require work then we have the option of investing our time in learning and skill growth in order to advance towards career goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Not only is everyone here looking to provide the best service for our players, but we all want to provide the best experience for each other. By being considerate and accepting of our diversity we can always find someone willing to be a mentor.
