Not destroy the spirit and soul of your employees by paying them fairly.

Would be nice for it to take less than 3 months to hear back about how the job seeking process is going.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Practicing what they preach and not pillaging their employees for every drop of sweat they can ring out of them for no pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid 1/3rd of what the job I'm doing is worth by market value is a joke, which is why we're all leaving.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's hard to get excited about work when your managers have no clue what you do or how to do it, or even how to fairly evaluate you compared to other people in your department.
