Very good coworkers. Interesting problems. Openness. Takes a little to self-organize but environment is pretty flexible. The company as of 2023 is self-adjusting budget but it's trying not to be negative to its employees overall.

Interesting problems: I work on foundation / libraries / frameworks.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview about past experience. They let you shine through your past work. Also they don't focus on artificial data structs and algorithms but on code structure, design, API, good practices.
