People avoid collaboration and taking ownership of processes. Just get over yourselves and do the work. Build constructive processes/meetings that drive communication, value and progress.
The culture within the sales department is amazing. While there is competition amongst each other, it's never in a negative way. Everyone wants to win and see each other win. When someone succeeds, it doesn't mean another person fails, we all get to win together.
