It if were more in line with the national average

Stock is great but salaries are not competitive.

Significantly undervalued compared to the males on my team that do considerably LESS work than I do and drive zero value to the team/company.

People avoid collaboration and taking ownership of processes. Just get over yourselves and do the work. Build constructive processes/meetings that drive communication, value and progress.

The culture within the sales department is amazing. While there is competition amongst each other, it's never in a negative way. Everyone wants to win and see each other win. When someone succeeds, it doesn't mean another person fails, we all get to win together.
