People avoid collaboration and taking ownership of processes. Just get over yourselves and do the work. Build constructive processes/meetings that drive communication, value and progress.

Invest in better people/leadership/managers. Culture is toxic and morale is low.
I'd love to see Block offer college reimbursement or aid. I'd also like to see more transparency when it comes to promotion cycles.
