Every team has their own mini culture and comradery, which is amazing to see. Everyone works to be the best version of themselves to make an impact on the team as a whole.

The culture within the sales department is amazing. While there is competition amongst each other, it's never in a negative way. Everyone wants to win and see each other win. When someone succeeds, it doesn't mean another person fails, we all get to win together.
