Mr. Joseph J. Kadow, also known as Joe, has been the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of Bloomin' Brands, Inc. (Formerly, OSI Restaurant Partners, Inc.) since April 2005 and its Secretary since April 1994. Mr. Kadow serves as the Chief Officer of Legal & Corporate Affairs, Secretary and Executive Vice President at OSI HoldCo, Inc. He has been the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC (Formerly, known as Outback Steakhouse Inc.) since April 2005 and has been its Secretary and General Counsel since April 1994. He served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Bloomin' Brands, Inc., from April 1994 to April 2005. He served as Chief Officer of Legal & Corporate Affairs of OSI Restaurant Partners LLC since April 2005. Mr. Kadow joined Outback Steakhouse Inc. in April 1994 and served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel from April 1994 to April 1995. He was a Partner the Orlando, Florida office of the National Law Firm of Baker Hostetler. He has been a Director of The Habit Restaurants, Inc. since September 28, 2015. He is a Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Restaurant Association. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University in 1981. Mr. Kadow graduated from the University of Scranton in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
