A willingness by upper management to take some pay reductions and spread the pay more equitable throughout HCSC. This includes COLA for inflation in addition to more generous performance reviews and fairer bonuses to recognize hard work.
Very low raises 2-3% per annum
Manager even knows I get underpaid, company feels as if it's becoming more antiquated, rather than progressive.
pay grades were revamped a couple of years ago to be more competitive with market however no adjustments were made to align existing employee salaries closer to market salaries
They do not care about employees health but company policy
