I'd say 8/10--not a high stress job, even being in a "higher stress" department
We have great work life balance because we are able to work remote 2-5 days per week!
Amazing! They work increasingly hard to ensure everyone IS HAVING. A healthy balance. They offer healthy food choices, Fitbit for free, wellness incentives etc.

We work on something called First Call Resolution. Successfully resolving a members issue without them having to call back again and again. Ultimately this makes the customer happy and provides peace of mind. If we are receiving duplicate calls from people for issues that could of or should have been resolved the first time, it crowds the call center. It’s unnecessary for the customers all around to have to do that.
