Very open and friendly and kind
Most of them care about your needs. I have a good direct supervisor. Not so much for the Senior supervisor.

I have a very sick child. She just turned 18. So for her to be able to be on my insurance till she is 26 is a big help to me, as her Dr. and hospital bills can be very expensive.
They offer opportunities to grow and move up or stay and still get raises. Whatever you prefer
work from home 1-3x a week outside of COVID, and pension

We work together well despite feeling like corporate slaves.
My team is like family. We all get along and we all support each other.
They're all friendly and willing to help at any time.

Mostly genuine and competent professionals. There are a few bad apples though out the organization as you would expect to encounter in any large company
