The leader of HR is not a great human being. There has been 300-400% turnover over the past few years. With such a wonderful mission it is a wonder why someone who does not embody solid values is at the helm of the organization.
What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at Blue Shield of California?
There were not difficult questions. Was sold like crazy, took the job, and realized within the first year that HR was toxic, inefficient and not and advocate for employees. Terrible place and experience. I would stay away.
