BlueRock Therapeutics LP is a clinical stage cell therapy harnessing the power of cell therapy to create a pipeline of new medicines for people suffering from neurological and ophthalmic diseases. Two of our novel investigational cell therapies, bemdaneprocel (BRT-DA01) for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease and OpCT-001 for the treatment of primary photoreceptor diseases are clinical stage programs. -good company with a good vision, but need to work on prioritizing work that will actually amount to something. Lack of clear communication across teams causes workloads to increase.

-great sense of community and collaboration -Everybody is focused on accomplishing goals -The people are great

-Great personalities and hardworking team members -Always willing to collaborate and help each other -Make it easy to come to work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
-They keep us informed -They have a good vision and plan for the company -They give us the resources we need to be successful
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
-Better communication across teams is needed to improve collaborative efforts -There are ALOT of projects. Too many projects sometimes. It can be hard to wrap your head around all the platforms, projects and work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
-Right now, coverage of commuting expenses is amazing, given how much weekend and overtime work is required for this job. -Mental health resources are good, though could always be improved. -Bonus is always great!
