BlueRock Therapeutics LP is a clinical stage cell therapy harnessing the power of cell therapy to create a pipeline of new medicines for people suffering from neurological and ophthalmic diseases. Two of our novel investigational cell therapies, bemdaneprocel (BRT-DA01) for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease and OpCT-001 for the treatment of primary photoreceptor diseases are clinical stage programs. BlueRock was founded in 2016 as a joint venture of Versant Ventures and Leaps by Bayer. Their approachability and flexibility. There are no barriers and people genuinely feel supported.

The drive to collaborate and work as a team. Not too many egos here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is not comparable for the role that am doing. I'm optimistic that this will change.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. I feel like I work with incredibly kind and brilliant people. My manager is invested in my success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The excitement behind the science and feeing like what you do matters and that you're actually contributing to something greater than yourself.
