BlueRock Therapeutics LP is a clinical stage cell therapy harnessing the power of cell therapy to create a pipeline of new medicines for people suffering from neurological and ophthalmic diseases. Two of our novel investigational cell therapies, bemdaneprocel (BRT-DA01) for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease and OpCT-001 for the treatment of primary photoreceptor diseases are clinical stage programs. BlueRock was founded in 2016 as a joint venture of Versant Ventures and Leaps by Bayer. What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That there is a concentrated effort to build and maintain one
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The amount given for each benefit AND an HSA. That's pretty phenomenal.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am 10/10 overwhelmed on a daily basis and I STILL love coming every day. I adore the people I work with and believe in our mission 100%
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's so cliche to use the word "family" but that who my team members are. I know of team members current and PAST who vacation together and attend social events together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
While we are a corporate company, the Executive is not a corporate "culture". They are accessible, genuine, humans who don't put on airs. They allow you to speak to power without fear.
