What is the best part about your compensation package?

I love the flex vacation and that taking time away from work is not only available, but encouraged.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is incredibly kind and looks forward to spending time together, helping each other grow as scientists. Our good interactions further improve the work we do.

What makes you most happy at work?

Interactions with my coworkers. I love the science I'm performing, but the people in the office and lab really make coming in every day something worthwhile.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I truly feel seen and cared about at BlueRock. Particularly that I am more than just a pair of hands doing benchwork, but that I am a part of the team and my input matters.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Every voice matters. I've been part of labs before that they promoted a similar attitude, but I've never felt it to be so true as I do here. In the only two months I've been here, I feel like I've been really accepted as a part of the team, both as a scientist and an individual.

The recruiting process is a bit long but provides a good opportunity to speak with members of the team to get to know what it would be like to work at BlueRock and also hear more about the role.

I really liked the questions I was asked. They evaluated candidates' skills carefully. I think it would be better if the company can set a panel interview for a 2-3hours in a row with all interviewers, instead of 4 interviews on different days and times. Thanks again for the opportunity. Sahar

Extremely please and very highly organized Smooth transition from meetings and the final closure of the interview with HR in the end was helpful It was on of my best interview experiences with it bring comprehensive.
