Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership was truly understanding, trusting, and wanted to see the team grow. Upper level management is only interested in growth and overlooks internal retention as a key strategy for growth.
Support services executive level leadership's profit goals are more important than anyone in the company. The only reason they care about the kids is because more kids equals more profit. They do not care about incentives to keep you there.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I didn't receive a raise or promotion over 2 year period. Other new employees at my level joined after me and received 30% higher salary after I was told that raises were on hold due to COVID - and their salaries were not even market rate. Wouldn't have sent in my notice if this was rectified.
A fair amount of company holidays, comparable market compensation, support for existing staff instead of focusing on fast growth, dei that's not performative.

Open, collaborate, smart, compassion, passionate
Collaborative, friendly, kind, really care about the kids and each other

Working with the kids is the highlight of the day
