What is the best part about your compensation package?

Pet insurance, and 401k matching. Outside of this they could pair closer to other competitors

Base pay is competitive compared to market rate

Good base salary and performance bonus

This is not just BMC, but a national issue across hundreds of companies like BMC. I would like to see longer paid maternity leaves and more PTO. I believe you have to wait until you are here 5 years to get another weeks, which is long, but I understand the investment BMC makes to those who stay.

I feel there is an improvement area in this, because not just me but few others also are undervalued due to the HR negotiation.. HRs take the opportunity of the employee and later employee suffer from inequality in packages
