Review from IT Dept

Appreciation at the end of the year.

I don't feel like I am forced to work. I enjoy my work. In our team when anyone complete there work then they ask team members that do they need any help so every body have small craving for work in our company so it make me happy

Having my opinions reviewed and respected.

Brand name, different projects , overall good

My morning coffee and the office security staff geek me out

Challenging initiatives with a view to the future

Manage responsibility and the ability to make independat decisions

The extra benefits in the office

Finishing a big project and getting good reviews

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Better organisation, more diversity and not giving roles to unqualified managers. Listen to feedback

They see the disarray and the constant reorgs

The managers are the root of the problems as they keep the toxic work culture going. A new CIO from outside is needed as the current one is too entrenched in the toxic culture.

Review from IT Dept

Overworked, under-appreciated by management, taken advantage of my management.

Review from IT Dept

Foster a supportive environment. I'm pretty sure that I have never spoken to my boss more than once in the elevator. (over 2 years on a senior team)

Review from Engineering Dept

Everything , everything everything everything

Review from Operations Dept

Culture of fear and innuendo. No transparency, no strategy, no upward movement. Layoffs every other month.

Review from IT Dept

I do not want to work from home.

Review from Operations Dept

you constantly watch your back

leadership is not communicating openly and consistently. Lots of rumors and conflicting messages from above. It has become difficult to maintain morale.

Review from IT Dept

There is no transparency. Management does not openly communicate with employees. All messaging is top-down and filled with half truths and equivocations.

Review from IT Dept

Management needs to evolve & let go

Leadership needs to realize that it takes people to make a company great, not only vision and strategy. Make your employees feel valued. I receive this same feedback from a lot departments across the company. We make enough revenue, so truly invest in your employees. Do this before its too late.

Have management understand that employees provide a great service and are crucial to the company.

Review from IT Dept

The work culture has to get changed

Review from Customer Support Dept

Lot's of layoffs are happening which is not good for company.

Review from IT Dept

Management needs to have a strategy, communicate it. They need to stop the secret layoffs and get some talented management.

Review from IT Dept

What do you like best about your company?

I like Its legacy very much, and working from home.

Review from IT Dept

Good work/life balance. We are able to work from home two days per week. Recently, this was more relaxed where I was able to work from home five days per week. Still, with this change, having this ability is worthwhile (although scaled back).

Embracing technological change, smart people, good benefits.

Review from IT Dept
