The pay, benefits, and work-life balance are pretty good here. The culture could use some work. We are constantly told "reach out to anyone, everybody is eager to help" but it is not reality. Everything takes a very long time to get done because teams are very segmented.
Excellent company - vibrant, engaging and fun work culture - Lots of energetic, smart and creative people - Great benefits!
