Great campus (Germany) at our Ingelheim and Biberach sites, a culture of caring about the patients we will help and the employees, a desire to listen and to collaborate, investment in people and long term thinking rather than just quick wins.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have great opportunties to learn new things, develop expertise in new areas and collaborate with a diverse group of people around the world. People treat each other with respect and my managers give feedback regularly and promptly and demonstrate their trust in me.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met a number of different leaders which gave me insight into the culture. When they heard I was under time pressure due to receiving another offer they fast tracked the process so that I received an offer really quickly and could join Boehringer as my preferred company.
