Equity package and the fact that I can participate in company's success. Also the fact that beyond sales people do not have bonuses fosters a very collaborative atmosphere and allows for greater flexibility

We truly believe in power of our product to change lives of our merchants. Merchants are super grateful for Booksy and every interaction with them makes you realize how much what we do matters
