What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me the most happy at work is interacting with my co-workers. Besides being amazing at their jobs, they are also kind-hearted, interesting people who make sure my days at Booksy are never dull.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about the compensation package is the unlimited PTO. Booksy truly cares about our health and work-life balance, so we are often encouraged to take time off, and take care of our well being.
What are some of the best things about your team?
One of the best things about my team is how supporting and communicative everybody is. We support each other in trying to reach our monthly goals, and are always so willing to help or give advice when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team at Booksy is by far the most hands on, creative group of leaders I've ever worked with. Our CEO holds meetings where the leadership team provides full transparency on what's going on with the company, as well as answer all of our questions.
What did you like most about the interview process?
What I liked the most about the interview process was getting to talk to an actual CS rep that was on the team at that time. She was able to, from first hand experience, explain what I would be doing day to day and answered all my questions.
