Dispatchers secretive about unloaded miles. Trips accepted are often not worth the already low compensation

Never meet them. We are independent contractors. All communication is done via texts or emails
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no culture. Environment is purely driven by owners who promote a dogooder image. Their clients are insurance companies-enough said.
