My overall experience has been very positive. I have loved all the small efforts put in by management to ensure that I am taken care of. There is also a lot of room for growth and I see myself staying with this company for the foreseeable future.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I am paid what I am worth. There are always opportunities for raises which makes me feel like there is always room for growth.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Boostability is constantly changing and growing. The only things that I wish were different would be to have more PTO or at least longer Maternity Leave/Paternity Leave.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that they ask fun questions that help show personality. This shows that they are also looking for fun employees that will fit in well with the culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is smart, hard working, and very smart. There is a lot that goes into our product and I like working with people with similar mind-sets. We strive for a work hard play hard lifestyle at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All the leadership I have been under has been very respectful, honest, and very open to feedback. I have always felt appreciated, trusted, and have never felt micro managed. The leadership is also always there to help give me the tools needed to succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a work hard play hard culture that I really enjoy. There are always activities, food, or fun events that we can participate in and it is encouraged that we do. I also feel as though the needs of all the employees are taken seriously into consideration.
