I've been with my company for almost 3 years. During that time, the product I've worked with has changed and adapted as we strive to improve efficiency and customer experience. There were moments when this was a struggle, but the company has worked to ensure this is still a positive experience.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The relaxed atmosphere. My interviewer took some time at the beginning of the interview to ensure I was relaxed enough to properly answer the questions asked.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their priorities. They know they have to work hard to ensure our company moves forward, but they take the time to show their appreciation to their employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our acknowledgement of great work. Every month we have a meeting where we celebrate birthdays, teammates that have done quite well (shoutouts), and accounts that have succeeded.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I very much appreciate having both an HSA match and a 401K match. These future-planning benefits coupled with comprehensive medical and dental care really help me save for the future.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with. Everyone is positive and willing to work with each other on any projects or situations that arise. I also really like the greenery we have around our office.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our comradery. Not only do we have resources in our teammates to go to when we don't know how to handle a specific topic, but we also have a great group to discuss interests with, such as the latest episodes of Westworld or popular movies.
