nothing, but that's because I don't love interviews. The process was solid objectively speaking

I really appreciate that there's an attitude of working with people and helping them to improve if there are any issues.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a pretty solid health plan. I really appreciate that Boost matches my HSA contributions almost to 50% of the contribution max
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they're accessible to everyone in the company at any level. I was entry level and had met the CEO personally and asked him questions that he honestly answered. He and all the other execs are really down to earth and friendly.
