I like working at the company and the people are great. I wish the benefits and compensation were better and could possibly affect my desire to work here long-term. I would like to see better maternity leave and higher pay to match the industry average.

My team works very hard and are very fun to work with on a daily basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We recently moved into a new building that is very nice and spacious. The break areas are very large and offer complimentary beverages.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to the industry average in Utah, I am underpaid for my position. I am making less in this position than I was in a temp job .
What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was very fast and efficient. The recruiter reached out to me less than two days after I completed my application and I met with the VP shortly after. I heard back within a week and was offered a position in a timely manner.
