Overall I think Boost is a great company! I personally think customer service needs to be held more accountable for retaining accounts and we need to work with product to develop more. The competition is catching up. We need qualified people in positions not because they have been here forever

Who I work with and I enjoy helping the reps learn and grow in their current positions
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do really care about boost employees, even they took a pay cut and gave up their bonuses so we could have ours. Thats huge
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For y position I am under paid. I feel boost is making efforts to fix our benefits like switching insurance providers (HUGE WIN, THANK YOU for switching to UHC!!) I wish boost would do tuition reimbursements especially if I am going to school to better my current position.
