When I first started at boost there were lots of opportunities for growth and were encouraged to learn new skills. Now there's hardly any work relevant to our team and we're constantly being told that new partners and work are coming but they never do.

My coworkers and my manager.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their sense of humor and they genuinely care about each other.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Give us more design work. That's what we were hired to do. Not to help on other teams tasks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm hardly paid enough to make ends meet. Especially since bonuses have been cancelled this year due to the pandemic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they took a pay cut when the pandemic started so as not to have to lay off as many employees.
