Every project has a very very Unique technological requirement and that motivates us to learn and adopt new ways to understand and utilize technology or abilities.

I sincerely believe that Booz Allen owns a competitive advantage vis-a-vis its competitors. This has been and remains my employer of choice. I am frankly sorrowful knowing the business is closing in the MENA region and that I no longer will be part of this company!

Management needs to improve in all areas

We don't have office space or places to put our things, so every day we have to figure out where to sit. Hoteling is a pain but the senior folks don't care because they have offices and don't have to deal with it.

Certain Leaders lack depth of expertise and are unqualified to move their respective capability forward, therefore they protect the status quo. Delivery without a long term vision. Combine that with average pay and there is no incentive to retain top talent.

As long as we are doing what we are expected to be doing it's all fine. If you are focused on a set of work that management doesn't think you should be on, or not doing work they haven't told you about. You might as well be worthless to them. Not kidding, work you were not told was the priority.
