What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy my role with the company. I am training and development and we are working on a transforming the training. We want to have a world class training...and have 100% support of the leadership team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people... Not everyone is friendly but those that are make it work it. However, I truly enjoy our leadership team...Frances, Eric, Caryn and Randy are amazing. I am very comfortable talking with each of them. They honor the open door policy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Having a female CEO & CFO is AMAZING! I can from a big brand that had a female leadership team. As a female in a male dominated industry, having a female leaders inspires me to invest in my own future with Boston Market. I chose BM to work for because of Frances. I am proud to be part of the team.
