Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since minimum wage has gone up the management team is not being paid fairly. There is only a one dollar difference between our team members and our HSS. I can be a cashier or a dish washer and make just about the same amount as the person responsible for the store shift after shift. Ive lost two HSS

I feel as though the compensation could be better. As an assistant manager I was making close to what I make now as a General Manager. The hours are also incredibly long.
