What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Training needs attention ASAP. Seeing management that has been there less time than a lot of the crew, especially when the crew WANTS to step up, is asinine. Especially when you hear your management isn't trying to help you further your career.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Since I have worked in multiple different stores, I can't say that there is anything that every store does consistently. Some stores crew members really become like a family, whereas others are super formal. Both ways have their positives and negatives though.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They really need to get on the same page with each other. As well as, learn to not pick favorites. Not to mention, the training process should be overall the same for every position throughout the company. I know all these things SHOULD already be expected, but from an insider, they're not.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I know there is new talk about insuring you show you're appreciation for your people, however, I have yet to see it. Also, I have been made aware that an employee, that I trained, makes more money than me. Seeing as I taught said employee everything they know, it is clear there is favoritism here.
