Having the ability to train properly by having help from other areas to be able to properly train by hip to hip training.
Undervalued because we are viewed to live and breathe work and have no personal or family life. What would make me feel better would be: Reasonable hours, days off, recruiters who actually recruite and positive reinforcement.
Having a better system for outsourcing employees. Motivate salaried employees with positive reinforcement not constant negativity and unrealistic goals. Be more hands on and have the ability to execute the role of a GM before they hold people to standards they themselves can't hold or live by.
