Seeing regular customers bring their friends or family to introduce them to us and show them that we love our customers. We know their names and make them feel appreciated
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together. As hard as I work my team is always by my side working just as hard. They are friendly and respectful no matter how hard the day has been.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since minimum wage has gone up the management team is not being paid fairly. There is only a one dollar difference between our team members and our HSS. I can be a cashier or a dish washer and make just about the same amount as the person responsible for the store shift after shift. Ive lost two HSS
