my DO and most of my peers. I have some outstanding GM's who I am very fortunate to be able to partner with.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Menu changes - we find out from food distributor what is being dropped. PCB audits- auditors are changing/making standards from what in handbook or elsewhere. Bonus - some goals set are very unrealistic in certain areas and just slipped through an "bonus plan" update e-mail.
