Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Workload has changed multiple times, more responsibility. Started with 7 stores, then increased to 9, now up to 14. Have never had a pay increase since being employed by the company almost 2 years ago. Did get a pay decrease though. Very unhappy about the pay.
