Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Positions need to be reviewed to determine the best teams that should be working together. Departments need to be reviewed for restructuring.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management in different department allow working from home but other teams are restricted from doing that. The rules for all the departments need to be aligned.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work on two different teams. My job should really be on aligned on the 2nd team I work with. Both teams are really dedicated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have very little technology nor money for it however, this company really has a lot of heart and makes do with what ever we have to make things work. The most positive thing is that there is very little complaining and we as a team make things happen.
