That everyone helps when and where needed. We all work together to get the job done
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been doing the job of several positions for the past 2 years. I was put in my position to do what I was hired for but continue to do the work of several and manage a department on my own. Not once I have been compensated for that.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need to look at the resources we have at the Support Center. People are not aligned correctly. We have great people that could partner up as a team but the suggestions go ignored. Promotions are not given out fairly. HR is corrupt and no one trusts them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Tough say. We do not have a team that makes things positive. You would think HR would participate in office positivity but they sit in a corner and act like no one else exists. The VP of HR doesn't even say hi to everyone when he passes them in the hall.
