Being given important responsibilities that will either help or hurt, based on how I decide to go about that issue. I love the getting free rein to try and make a difference and that is exactly what Boston Market has allowed me to do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's very open and the people are pretty great. I've worked at a decent amount of places where there just isn't even words spoke through different departments and that just isn't the case here. It is a great place to work and make an impression.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really enjoy that they are all out there going and trying to get this company to succeed. Boston Market isn't close to what the peak was, for the business, but they really are trying to reshape the organization. I love that they brought me on board to try and make that happen.
