
My team is willingly to do anything you asked of them. They are always willing to put in the effort. They love helping out others.

At the store level its great. But above store level no matter what they dont appreciate nothing and dont give any credit when something good happens. They always demand a million things but dont appreciate the effort people put in what they do and it kills the love for the job when nothing is good
Listen to managers problems at all levels. Understand that no one is perfect. Appreciate and point out good instead of always being focused on the negative. We all hear what we did wrong every day instead of trying to be positive. People that care really get hurt and upset if all they hear is bad.
