Clinical Managers and Directors have absolute power and run mini-dictatorships within their functions and divisions.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Unfortunately adversity, abusive language, and strong verbal push back in meetings are tolerated at Boston Scientific.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The executive leadership team is vision driven. However the 6 divisions are divided and resistant to global vision.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Health benefits are below fair. Annual bonus is based on annual performance but the performance thresholds are not distinctive of the shades that reside within each threshold.
